Stayed in super deluxe room, bath dub is available but bubble bath is not there. On asking instead of arranging they simply said that it is not available. Wash basin faucet not working properly, water not coming from water jet with pressure. Pathetic experience

How not to run a resort

Located at least 10-12 km from city centre, this resort is a perfect example of how not to run a resort. The issues here are countless - poor service, bad food, no wifi, same 3 items in breakfast every day, restaurant that looks like a 90’s eatery, swimming pool that has a variety of insects. Please don’t book this resort ever.

We stayed at the hotel three people After we got the room we saw that it was not at all like in the pictures, in the pictures on the websites the rooms looked very clean and tidy, and they didn't publish all the pictures of the room it turns out. We got a room without a curtain in the shower, a room with a ceiling fan that was about to fall off the wall, and on top of that the kettle was broken. On the second day when we finished walking around the city we returned to our room and were surprised to find that our room was not cleaned and we returned to an unclean room and that we called the cleaning team and they told us that the manager said not to clean our room on the grounds that he did not know if we were in the room or not and I will also add that the hotel does not have a switch/remote at all please no disturb/clean my room Only after a mess and unnecessary fights with the reception and cleaning staff did we get a do not disturb sign and they cleaned our room. I will conclude by saying that I do not recommend this hotel at all, the service is not courteous and good at all, the hotel is very unclean, there is a lot of dirt in all areas of the hotel and an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. The hotel employees are not nice and do not help at all. I will not recommend coming to this hotel, especially not for Israelis. We were very disappointed with the experience especially that they did not publish pictures of all the hotel rooms

1) Break fast was served cold at Nirali Dhani and inspite requesting there was no attention post waiting for 30 minutes and were forced to leave the table post having a cold breakfast 2) No variety in the breakfast. As it comes complimentary normally in tour packages the resort takes you for a ride 3) No activities t keep children engaged

Do not get fooled by the pictures posted. Overpriced and overhyped place. Very lazy and incompetent staff. We stayed at Deluxe room which was very conjusted and small. I had specifically called and asked to keep room ready for 3 persons but we had to wait for mire than 45 mins upon reaching and even then the basic amenities for 3 persons were not kept ready. Food was overpriced and taste was very average. There are much better properties with much better amenities at similar or even lesser rates available. Will not advise anyone to plan a stay here.
